I dont know if you wanna drop your rugrats off at the basement. First rule of basement daycare is that each child must participate in no less than 3 nor more than 10 wrestling matches each day. Parents must sign a waiver before there children can be left with the basement gang.

There is no crying in the basement. What happens in the basement stays in the basement. You must be willing to take things out to the yard to settle any disputes, and you may have to carry some horsefeed or clean stalls. Ohio State apparel is not allowed, except for Dave. Anyone that old gets a pass.
If they are ok with this, bring em up.
