Carolina will not put a franchise tag on Julius Peppers. Where will he go? I would love to see him in Chitcago so I would have a good excuse to buy a PEPPERS!!! jersey. Although it would be one of those expensive custom jobs cause it has to have the explanation points behind PEPPERS.
