Mock Draft

We probably don't need to include the defenses. I'm not to worried about draft order, especially if it's serpentine. You guys can meet if you want but it's probably overkill.

I don't really want to have to worry about getting to a computer by a certain time in order to make a pick in a mock draft.

I don't have a problem with the Sultan or anyone else deciding the draft order either. Serpentine will even things out pretty much anyway. I would like to include defenses if possible. Just make everyone pick them in the last round and if we can't find stats for someones D we can just throw em all out. We should be able to find points allowed, takeaways and sacks i would think. Just need to decide on a value for points allowed and keep RFFL scoring for the rest of the categories. Rock should get first pick since he is a fantasy rookie.

I don't really think we need a time limit on picking either. Just give everyone a day or so to pick when it their turn and if someone is not gonna be able to log on for a few days leave a post to let us know and we can hang loose till you get back in town or whatever. Not like we have a deadline.

This is what I was meaning. I didnt mean ya got pick every 15 minutes. I just didnt wanna be waiting 3 weeks in between picks. I mean all six of us pretty much log in everyday or so. It shouldnt' be a problem. Just to let ya know your idea of giving each person a day or so to pick is a time limit too buddy

Before we go any farther, i need a clarification on what all stats count. Do Qb's only get passing and rushing stats and the rare trick play catch? I found a qb who can get over 100 points on kicking xp and field goals. And what about receiver and TE? Again, I found a guy listed as TE who only had 300 yards and a td, but had 900 yards and 10 tds rushing. That makes him the best all time, but he sounds like a fullback to me. I just wanted everyones take on these types so no one pulls a last round fast one.

I say that people should use their own judgment within reason, but if they take a George Blanda over a Peyton Manning I'm gonna call them out on it and say "Bulls#^t"

I agree, this is just for fun so everyone use good judgement. Any player you draft it should be his main position.
